Return Policy

Custom & Personalized Items

All custom and personalized items (including lithophanes, personalized ornaments, and custom 3D prints made to your specifications) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. These items are created specifically for you and cannot be resold.

Exception: If your custom item arrives damaged or defective due to manufacturing error, we will replace it at no charge. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the defect.

Standard (Non-Custom) Items

Non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided:

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
